At Casey the Cosmo, we value your time and appreciate your commitment to our services. To ensure optimal scheduling and service quality for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: • Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the estimated service cost and will be applied to rescheduled appointment. • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will also result in a charge of 50% of the estimated service cost. • Emergency Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In cases of genuine emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential waivers of cancellation fees. • Payment Method: The applicable fees will be charged to the payment method provided at the time of booking. By scheduling an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. This approach helps us maintain a high level of service and ensures availability for all our valued clients.
